Modern Warfare 3 Moon Glitch (Slow Motion)

This is a weird glitch that makes all players move slow like they would be on the moon!

I was soo shocked lol, so i was like might as well post it up incase it happened to any of you guys.

Question for you guys: How is the lagging/glitch situation going with you guys?
